POLICIES AT SHADES OF BEAUTY PLUS

SHIPPING POLICY- Most products ship under 14 business days. Due to the pandemic it may take up to 21 days. If you haven’t received your product or had an update on arrival please contact us by email at shadesofbeautyplus@gmail.com or call 682-558-8488. WE ARE NOT responsible for any issues with the USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL or any other carrier once it has left our local facility. if the package is lost or stolen we will only issue a refund if the carrier gives us funds for the lost or stolen package. if funds are approved with the carrier a refund will be given within 30-45 days after a claim has been submitted with the carrier. 
REFUND POLICY- NO REFUNDS unless product is damaged due to shipping errors. (Must report within 14 business days after receiving product) Otherwise, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. (We will exchange if the wrong size is ordered for a small restocking fee for the cost of shipping)
